We employ our security officers directly to guard buildings on site, seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day, protecting our clients’ lives and property.
Manning is set by property type, floor area, number of entrances and actual footfall, normally with day and night shifts, and a middle shift where traffic is heavy. Every post has written standing orders setting out duties, patrol routes, reporting procedures and emergency contacts.
All site staff are employed directly by us, well trained, thoroughly pre-screened and holders of a valid Security Personnel Permit. They work in company uniform with an ID card, so residents and tenants can see at a glance who is on duty.
